Yes, we take intellectual property and sensitive data seriously.

3. Do you accept our own design drawings?

Yes, we're specialized in OEM & ODM. Welcome to share with us your drawings.
4. Do you accept trial order and small order?

Sure, we understood trial order is often necessary for today's market.
Small order is accepted in many items, unless OEM & ODM with exceptional colored or shaped items may require higher quantity.

5. How do we get the glass samples for reference?

Please let us know if you have a courier account for freight collected. We can send you a free sample for quality evaluation and reference.
For OEM or ODM order, we'll send you the sample after mold & sample cost received.
6. Can you provide food-grade safe certificates for the drinking glass?

Our products are certified to meet FDA, LFGB, California Prop65 by SGS and accredited testing facility.
If other certificates are required in your country, please notify us in advance.
7. Can we custom our logo or graphic on glassware?

Yes, sunrise increases the value of glassware through 22 decorative techniques such as sandblasting, electroplate, decals, engraved cutting, etching, laser, hand-painted, etc.
Welcome to share with us your logo and requirement.
8. How is the packaging for the glassware？

Standard Packaging includes inner boxes with master carton. Some items may include inner box to prevent damage breakage.
We can help to customize all sorts of packaging such as nice quality gift box, tin box, wooden box, and blister packaging, etc. Please note that there are an extra cost and MOQ involved.
9. How long is the lead time for the glassware?

Generally, 3-10 days for custom sample making and 15-35 days for mass production.
We have experience in dealing with urgent orders if your order is urgent let us know in advance.
10. What are your payment terms?

T/T, Western Union, L/C or others according to your requirement.
11. How do you ship the glassware?

We will choose the best way to ship the glassware by sea, by express, by air and your forwarder based on your shipping requirement on shipping time, cost and service.
